Order Confirmation

When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.

 

How Long Does Delivery Take?

This order will be delivered within 3-4 business days free of charge. We aim to process your order and dispatch it on the next business day after your order has been received. When the tracking become available and your parcel/s is in transit, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact us via email.

For preorders, please refer to the product page to see the estimated delivery time. If you need more information, you are welcome to contact us.

Voltanic Lithium Batteries are delivered by a special courier with safety measures. This delivery can take longer. Please email us if you need your order by a certain date or if it’s taking too long. This service is not trackable, we’ll give you the estimated delivery date.

 

Where does powertosurvive.co.uk deliver?

We deliver most products anywhere in mainland UK (United Kingdom).

There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

We hope you are happy with your Voltanic purchase from us at Power to Survive. However if for any reason you are not, you have within 14 days from the date of purchase to issue a return request. Once requested, we will give you an address to send your item to. Simply return your items, and you will receive a refund or exchange. Please see below for further information about the return policy.

 

Returns

All return requests must be within fourteen days of your purchase date.

You have 14 days from the date of notification to return your items.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is being returned as defective or damaged.

There will be no restocking fee.

If items are used, we may still be able to accept your return however a reduced amount will be offered. Contact us to enquire.

 

How to Return an Item

Damaged or defective items

Please let us know of the damage by contacting us. Once our team have been notified, we will arrange a pick up on a date of your choosing.

Item not wanted or change of mind

Please let us know you would like to return the item. Send your items in their original packaging to the address provided. We recommend to use a trackable mail service as we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is being returned as defective or damaged.

 

Refunds

After we have received your item, we will inspect and process your return or exchange. Providing there are no damages, a full refund will be issued.

Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be processed the next working day after the return has been accepted. It can take to up to 5 days to show on your balance.

 

Outside of the 14 Day Return Period

For returns and refunds outside the 14 day return period, please get in touch with our customer service team via email at info@powertosurvive.co.uk to see whether a refund or return is covered under your Voltanic product warranty.

Solar Panels

12 Year Product Warranty

The period of warranty is twelve years from the date of shipment. Voltanic guarantee to give a free repair or replacement in case of cell failures or defects proven to be due to manufacturing process (instead of customer abuse and misuse, or general wear and tear).

If the solar panel arrives damaged, we will either replace it or issue a partial refund in cases where the damage is purely cosmetic and the client opts to accept this condition. Should the client not accept any of the options mentioned, a full refund and return will be processed with all associated costs covered by us. Claims for shipping damage must be made within a reasonable timeframe from receipt and must be supported by photo or video evidence.

30 Year Performance Warranty

If any Voltanic PV Module(s) fails to provide 80% of it’s stated power within 30 year then we will replace the defective PV module. All replacements will have an equal or even greater power rating. If for any reason Voltanic is unable to replace the defective item, then a refund can occur.

Batteries

We offer 5 years factory backed warranty that covers manufacturer defects from date of shipment. Within the warranty time-frame, we will repair or replace the battery with a new or re-manufactured battery.

Covered:

1. BMS damage within 5 years
2. Cell defect problems
3. Battery Damage: If battery is damaged, please send a video or photos for our engineers to check

Not covered:

1. Damaged caused by accidents.
2. Lose terminal bolts and corrosion.
3. Failure to properly install the battery, maintain & charge.
4. IRE, Intense heat & Freezing.
5. Water damage or moisture.
6. Tampering of the battery pack.
7. The battery was charged with a device that did not use a lithium profile setting.
8. Utilised with a mismatched inverter – for example: Using 2000W inverter with a battery with a maximum discharge of 1200W (100A).
9. Installed in an area subject to regular high temperatures.

This Limited Warranty does not cover a Product that has reached its normal end of life due to usage which may occur prior to the Warranty Period. A battery can deliver only a fixed amount of Energy over its life which will occur over different periods of time depending on the application. For example, cycling the battery more than 1 time daily, may cause the normal end of life to occur before the end of the Warranty Period. We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if the Product is determined, upon inspection, to be at its normal end of life even if within the Warranty Period. The suggested number of lifetime cycles is an indication based on laboratory test conditions and is not a guarantee. It is likely that in real world conditions, the achieved number of cycles will be lower especially if you have not followed the recommended care guidelines.

Inverters

This warranty covers manufacturer defects from the date of shipment for 2 years. We will repair or replace the inverter with a new or re-manufactured unit.

Covered:

• Internal electronics failure
• Manufacturing defects
• Damage during shipping (require video/photo proof)

Exclusions:

• Damage caused by accidents
• Corrosion or physical damage to terminals
• Incorrect installation, operation beyond capacity, or inadequate maintenance
• Moisture or water damage
• Tampering with the internal components
• Use with appliances exceeding the inverter’s rated capacity

Limitations: The warranty does not cover inverters that have reached their normal end of life due to usage which may occur prior to the warranty period ends. The lifespan of an inverter can vary based on usage intensity and environmental conditions.

All Other Small Products

Charge controllers, cables, mountings, and other small items are covered by a one-year warranty. Email us if you have any problems or have a faulty/defective item and we’ll replace it.

Non-Transferable

All warranties on this page are extendable only to the original purchasers of the Products and is not transferable to any other person or entity. Original order information is needed to claim warranty.

Legal Rights

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law. It is understood that this warranty constitutes the exclusive agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

Claim Process

Contact us as soon as you notice a fault with any product.

We will guide you through a series of simple tests to identify any issues with your product.

If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely, the product will need to be returned to a warehouse for testing, we’ll cover those costs.

In the event of a verified manufacturing defect that meets our warranty terms and conditions, we will dispatch a replacement product of equivalent or superior quality from our current range.

If we are unable to repair the product or provide a suitable replacement, we will issue a full or partial refund according to the situation.

If the issue is determined to have resulted from customer abuse or misuse, we will return the item to you. Alternatively, upon your preference, we can recycle the item.
