Delivery Information
Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we will aim to dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself. Sometimes, orders for one or more items may need to be delivered by different courier networks, so you may receive items at different times.
For orders over £300.00, delivery is free. For orders £0-£299.99, delivery is £4.99. These delivery prices applies to all product except the brands stated in the "Products With Terms Different To The Above Stated" section.
Where does powertosurvive.co.uk deliver?
We deliver most products anywhere in mainland UK (United Kingdom).
There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

The above terms are still apply except the delivery prices. Orders between £0.00–£99.99 will cost £5.99 to be delivered. Orders over £100 will be free delivery.
The approximate delivery time of your product will be stated on the product page. If the product is out of stock, delivery time may not be stated.
'PV LOGIC', 'SOLARMATE', 'HUBI', 'LIFOS' PRODUCTS
Please allow at least 1 working day for us to process your order. After that, please allow 3 to 5 working days for standard delivery. Standard delivery for orders under £50 is £5. Standard delivery is free for all orders over £50.
'VICTRON ENERGY', 'TOPBAND', 'TN POWER', 'SUNMAN', 'STERLING POWER', 'STECA', 'SHARP ELECTRONICS', 'QCELLS', 'PANASONIC', 'NDS ENERGY', 'MORNINGSTAR', 'LG SOLAR' & 'HANKOOK' PRODUCTS
The cut off time for delivery the next working day is 15.00h. Any orders placed after 15.00h will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that we are not open during the weekend and therefore any orders placed Friday after 15.00h will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Over the Christmas Holidays, cut off is 10.00h. Any orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note we do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.
We offer a Next Working Day Delivery service on orders based on orders placed before 15.00h Monday – Friday. Parcels are dispatched on the next business day service however, we do advise 1-2 working days to cover any possible delays that the couriers may experience. Signature is required upon delivery and the driver may ask to take a photo of the parcel with an open door as proof of delivery.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery costs for delayed orders.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion, be made separately. Any issues with the items we must be notified within 7 days of the delivery. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. Please note that if you order multiple items we may send the items on a pallet rather than individual boxes.
Please note if no-one is home to accept delivery on two occasions your item will be held in the depot until you contact us. If this does happen there are two options, we can rearrange delivery but there will be a fee of £12 to pay. Alternatively we can arrange for the parcel to be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded minus £12.
Any orders that are refused upon delivery and returned to us will be refunded minus £15.
Delivery – Power Electronics: For delivery of smaller power electronic items e.g. battery chargers, inverters, accessories we may use Royal Mail, DPD and DX.
Delivery – Batteries: For the delivery of Batteries we use DX & XPO. We deliver to most UK mainland postcodes. Unfortunately this means we are unable to deliver to some areas. For full details of DX delivery service level availability, please contact us by email at info@powertosurvive.co.uk.
Orders between £0.00–£29.99 will cost £7.50 to be delivered. Orders £30.00 and over will be delivered for free.
Damages: All discrepancies associated with this delivery, including transit damage, must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in claims being rejected.
If there is any visible damage to the pallet, packaging or product you are required to declare this and get the delivery driver to countersign, failing to do so will result in any claim being rejected.
'FOGSTAR' & 'FOGSTAR DRIFT' PRODUCTS
The following applies to Fogstar & Fogstar Drift products sold on powertosurvive.co.uk.
Orders placed on weekends and/or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For Items That Are In Stock
Orders to mainland UK is free of charge.
If your order is received before 12pm (noon), we aim to process your order on the same day. If your order is received after 12pm (noon), your order may be processed the following working day.
After your order has been processed, the aim is for your item to be dispatched and delivered within 1-3 working days to mainland UK. For delivery to other parts of the UK please contact us for estimated delivery times & costs before placing your order.
For Items That Are Pre-Orders
On the product page, you approximately when the consignment is due to be delivered. This is only an estimate however it usually is accurate. After the consignment has been delivered- the aim is for your item to be delivered within 1-3 working days (mainland UK only).
Your Obligations
Please go to your basket. When there, you will see a section that says "Order notes" - please enter your desired delivery date(s). If you desired delivery date falls within 1-3 working days (and your item is in stock / isn't a pre-order), we will pass this date on. However, we can not control what day the courier actually delivers your item, we can only request it.
Please ensure you have provided us with the correct delivery address. This is vital. We do not have the facility to be able to check addresses against Paypal/Google Pay and any other payment provider that pre-fills this data. We simply send your order to the address we have on our system - it is down to you, the buyer, to ensure these details are correct at the time of purchase through your email order confirmation.
Please ensure you have ordered the correct products you require. If you order any items that are incorrect for your application, it will be down to you, the buyer, to return the goods at your own cost providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
'EXPEDITION FOODS' PRODUCTS
All products are shipped from the UK and shipments are usually sent the same day (Monday to Friday), if the order is received before 10am (10:00) UK time. Some orders that are received before 10am may not be shipped the same day, in these cases, your order will be shipped the next working day.
There are 2 delivery methods available:
