Victron Energy Quattro
Estimated Delivery: 1-3 working days, with free delivery
The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources, for example, shore-side power and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro will automatically connect to the active source. The main output has no-break functionality. In the event of a grid failure, or shore or generator power being disconnected, the Quattro takes over the supply to the connected loads. This happens so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption. The second output is live only when AC is available on one of the inputs of the Quattro. Loads that should not discharge the battery, such as air-conditioning or a water heater can be connected to this output.
Features
Unique PowerAssist feature. The Quattro will prevent overload of a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore power connection. First, battery charging will automatically be reduced when otherwise an overload would occur. The second level will boost the output of a generator or shoreside supply with power taken from the battery.
Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation.Up to 6 Quattros can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Three-phase or split-phase operation is also possible. Please check our datasheets to see which models have paralleling, three-phase and split phase capabilities.
Remote Monitoring and Control.Monitor and control your Quattro and system or systems locally (LAN) or remotely via the internet from anywhere in the world, using the free VRM app. Access can be from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC for multiple operating systems. There is no end to the level of control, via the required Color Control GX or Venus GX, from adjusting your Quattro to setting a Geofence for hire vehicles and more...
Split phase and three phase capability. Two units can be configured for split phase, and three units can be configured for three-phase output. But that’s not all: up to 6 sets of three units can be parallel connected to provide 144kW / 180kVA inverter power and more than 2500A charging capacity. For more detail please enter parallel in the search box on our website.
Solar energy: AC power is available even during a grid failure. The Quattro can be used in off-grid as well as grid-connected PV and other alternative energy systems. Loss of mains detection software is available.
System configuring. In the case of a stand-alone application, if settings have to be changed, this can be done in a matter of minutes with a DIP switch setting procedure.
Parallel and three-phase applications can be configured with VE.Bus Quick Configure and VE.Bus System Configurator software.
Off grid, grid interactive and self-consumption applications, involving grid-tie inverters and/or MPPT Solar Chargers can be configured with Assistants (dedicated software for specific applications).

Delivery Information
Delivery Information
Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.
Delivery Terms
We deliver to most UK mainland locations (however, we do not deliver to hard to reach locations such as the Scottish Highlands).
The cut off time for delivery the next working day is 15.00h. Any orders placed after 15.00h will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that we are not open during the weekend and therefore any orders placed Friday after 15.00h will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Over the Christmas Holidays, cut off is 10.00h. Any orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note we do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.
We offer a Next Working Day Delivery service for most mainland UK addresses on orders based on orders placed before 15.00h Monday – Friday. Parcels are dispatched on the next business day service however, we do advise 1-2 working days to cover any possible delays that the couriers may experience. Signature is required upon delivery and the driver may ask to take a photo of the parcel with an open door as proof of delivery.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery costs for delayed orders.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion, be made separately. Any issues with the items we must be notified within 7 days of the delivery. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. Please note that if you order multiple items we may send the items on a pallet rather than individual boxes.
Please note if no-one is home to accept delivery on two occasions your item will be held in the depot until you contact us. If this does happen there are two options, we can rearrange delivery but there will be a fee of £12 to pay. Alternatively we can arrange for the parcel to be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded minus £12.
Any orders that are refused upon delivery and returned to us will be refunded minus £15.
Delivery – Power Electronics
For delivery of smaller power electronic items e.g. battery chargers, inverters, accessories we may use Royal Mail, DPD and DX.
Delivery – Batteries
For the delivery of Batteries we use DX & XPO. We deliver to most UK mainland postcodes. Unfortunately this means we are unable to deliver to some areas.
How much does delivery cost?
For this brand, orders between £0.00–£29.99 will cost £7.50 to be delivered. Orders £30.00 and over will be delivered for free.
Damages
All discrepancies associated with this delivery, including transit damage, must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in claims being rejected.
If there is any visible damage to the pallet, packaging or product you are required to declare this and get the delivery driver to countersign, failing to do so will result in any claim being rejected.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement by email to sales@powertosurvive.co.uk.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Once the right to cancel period has expired we may still accept returns, although additional charges will be applicable. However, these regulations do not restrict the statutory right to cancel and do not apply during the 14 days cancellation period.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract during the 14 day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Keep the product in a ‘as new condition’. This means the product must be returned in its original condition unused and in its original packaging which should not be marked or damaged (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product at all). It should be returned with the original box, packaging, and accessories. Do not write directly on the packaging.
