High-Efficiency 30A MPPT Solar Charge Controller With Dual Fixed Load Outputs for Solar Panels Up to 390W (12V) / 780W (24V) Up to 100V
Estimated Delivery: 1-3 working days, with free delivery
High-efficiency 30A MPPT solar charge controller / regulator for solar panels up to 390W (12V battery) / 780W (24V battery) with dual stabilised load outputs that can work in any combination of 12V or 24V independent of a battery, suitable for CCTV, remote monitoring, or other systems which require a stable DC power source.
Features
Dual Stabilised 12/24V Load Outputs:
This advanced, voltage-stabilising solar controller has two independent load outputs designed to run equipment from a consistent and low-ripple supply. Additionally, the two outputs can each be set independently to 12V or 24V using a simple toggle switch - regardless of the battery voltage. This allows the running of sensitive equipment, such as CCTV or telecommunications, or multiple appliances with a mix of 12V and 24V inputs from a single off-grid system without needing any additional convertors or stabilisation.
MPPT Technology:
This solar charge controller uses the most advanced Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology to track the maximum power voltage point of solar panels as it varies depending on sunlight exposure and temperature. This technology ensures the maximum efficiency of your solar system and significantly outperforms standard PWM solar controllers. Another benefit of MPPT technology is the wide solar input voltage range - this controller can work not only with standard off-grid 12/24V solar panels, but also with multiple panels with voltage up to 100V. The maximum combined input solar power allowed for this controller is 390W for a 12V battery system or 780W for a 24V system. In particular, this controller will significantly increase the efficiency of a solar system where the solar panel voltage is much higher than the battery voltage (e.g., charging a 12V battery with a 36V solar panel).
Full system protection:
This charge controller features a comprehensive set of electronic protection functions to ensure the maximum possible efficiency of your solar system. These include: reverse current prevention at night (from the battery back to the solar panel), automatic cut-off to prevent over-charging and deep discharge, solar panel over-voltage, overload, short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The controller also has the self-diagnostic capability and highlights any system errors using advanced fault-targeting technology.
Lithium Battery charging:
This solar charge controller is compatible with LiFePO4 or Li(NiCoMn)O2 Lithium batteries as well as sealed/AGM or gel lead acid batteries. Custom charging voltages can be set as a user-defined battery type (see below for more details).
Advanced system functionality:
- The two load outputs operate independently of the battery voltage, providing a stable DC output that can be manually set to 12V or 24V regardless of the voltage of the battery bank.
- The current limiting function (30A) allows the possibility of adding more solar panels to your solar system in the future.
- The controller automatically recognises 12/24V battery systems (note a battery should always be connected to the controller first before connecting a solar panel) in standard operation.
- Batteryless operation can be set up using the RJ45 to USB cable, to allow the controller to provide a stabilised 12V/24V output directly from the solar panel. See below for more details.
Multiple connectivity options:
This model also features advanced communication technology, which offers the user the opportunity to monitor and program parameters for the solar charge controller through various methods:
1) The controller can be connected to a Wi-Fi module to create a Wi-Fi network, to which your mobile phone or tablet can connect, in order to monitor or adjust charging parameters and controller settings through a free mobile app (available for Android and iOS users).
2) An RJ45 to USB cable can be used to connect the controller directly to your PC / laptop, where parameters and settings can be monitored and adjusted via a free computer program - Solar Station Monitor (Windows-based PCs and laptops only). If using the RJ45 to USB cable, the user also has the option to create a user-defined battery type with charging parameters specific to their battery (if the pre-existing options are unsuitable) and set up the system for operation without a battery.
Using one of these communication methods, the user will gain access not only to the live charging parameters but also additional information such as min/max voltages, temperature, protection cut-off voltages, diagnostics and other information. If required the user will also be able to amend the battery capacity, set charging voltages for different charging stages, specify the duration of each charging stage, create a user-defined battery type with charging parameters specific to their battery (if the pre-existing options are unsuitable), and more.
In addition to the built-in temperature sensor and intelligent heat-dissipating design of this controller, there is also a socket for connecting a remote temperature sensor, which can be attached directly to the battery to measure the battery temperature more precisely and optimise the charging process. (Inbuilt temperature sensor is not enabled for lithium batteries).

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement by email to sales@powertosurvive.co.uk.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Once the right to cancel period has expired we may still accept returns, although additional charges will be applicable. However, these regulations do not restrict the statutory right to cancel and do not apply during the 14 days cancellation period.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract during the 14 day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Keep the product in a ‘as new condition’. This means the product must be returned in its original condition unused and in its original packaging which should not be marked or damaged (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product at all). It should be returned with the original box, packaging, and accessories. Do not write directly on the packaging.
